QA and Support Engineer

We're looking for a mid-level QA and support professional who is comfortable testing and supporting multi-tier client-server applications across multiple operating systems and devices. Our product infrastructure runs the gamut from Linux servers to Mac, Windows, and Linux desktops, to iOS and Android phones and tablets.

You must be eager and able to maintain, and execute a test plan that encompasses a vast array of detailed use-cases across this intricate system. This position is only for the detail-oriented, well-organized, and serious professional.

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience testing networked applications.
• Basic understanding of HTTP protocol and REST patterns.
• Ability to debug application state at the wire protocol (HTTP) and database (SQL) level.
• Comfortable with Linux, Mac, and Windows shells and console navigation.
• Comfortable with modern software engineering processes, development practices, and tools.
